Our staff members are strong patient advocates known for their outstanding reputation of quality and compassionate care. With decades of combined experience, our team will aim for residents to live as independently as possible. Just having onsite supports and access to assisted living services can help meet each resident’s goal.
RN and specialized care
Aging comes with countless challenges, but support is available to make life a little easier. Common issues include reduced mobility, failing memory, general weakness and changes in condition.
Our goal is to have residents age in place and not have to make multiple moves as their condition changes or deteriorates. In order to do so, we offer onsite complex care or utilize outside home care agencies to assist.

On-site physician services
We are excited to offer onsite physician and nurse practitioner services. Quick detection of changes in condition and regular assessments by the Bluestone team can decrease visits to emergency rooms, doctors’ offices and labs. We have found that our residents are often overwhelmed by these moves and do better convalescing in our assisted living home. The combination of our caregivers, RN and Bluestone allows for seamless care, better outcomes and satisfaction from residents and families.
